When does Blueberry Life collect my personal information?

We’ll ask you to share certain personal information when necessary. Here are some examples of interactions during which we need to do so in order to serve you.

You decide to purchase insurance from us

A claim is made on your insurance

You update your personal details (for example, a change of address)

Who Else Has Access to Your Information?
We will never share your data with any third parties without your permission unless we are required to do so by law. If somebody were to request information about your insurance, we would first make sure that you have authorised them to do so.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We only keep the information you’ve provided for as long as we need it to provide services to you and, in some instances, for legal reasons. For example, we need to refer to the information on your application when a claim is made on your policy.

Calls, Emails, and Other Communications
To give you the best service possible, and to protect you against fraud, we record the personal information that’s given to us when you contact us or allow someone else to contact us on your behalf. We may also use this information for training purposes. You can ask us for records of your communications with us at any time.
